Sales and Operations Manager
Jenna coordinates marketing and leasing efforts on current and future projects and interfaces with on-site staff and line personnel to ensure leasing is on track and monthly goals are met. She is directly responsible for producing Avenida’s marketing and leasing reports, and tracks all marketing expenses in accordance with budgets. Jenna also ensures compliance with branding standards and project imaging, approving advertising and marketing materials. Jenna plays a key role managing the performance and assisting in the oversight of operations of each active adult property. In the pre-construction period, Jenna coordinates the production of detailed advertising and marketing plans. In addition, Jenna interfaces with interior designers on design direction, material selection and assures all budgets and deadlines are met.
Jenna holds an MBA from Chapman University.
